Tracy Dale McCulley, 45, of 908 Lindsay Lane died Wednesday, March 24, 2010, in Alleghany Regional Hospital. Mr. McCauley was born April 29, 1964, in Alleghany County a son of the late Marshall and Irene Windsor McCulley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a Son, Jeremy Tingler, and a Brother, John McCulley. He was a retired employee of Keyser, Inc. in Covington. Surviving are his Wife, Chrystal McCulley of Covington; his companion, Stephanie Edwards of Covington; four daughters, Brandy Tingler, Sarina Tingler, Shantell Tingler and Irene Tingler, all of Covington; five grandchildren, Jeremiah Brown, Kealeigh Tingler, Elias Tingler, D'Andre Jennings and Buddy Hinkle; three brothers, Steve McAllister, and his wife, Darlene, of LowMoor, Ricky McCulley and his wife, Carol, of Covington and James McCulley of Pocahontas, VA; his faithful dog, Taz, and several nieces and nephews. Interment will be made in the Millboro Christian Church Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Roger Windsor, Gary Wolfe, Stephen Jeter, Kenny Keyser, David Hicks, Charles Tingler, Derrick Lewis and Jeremy Lewis Alternate will be Danny McCulley.

I have known Todd since he was young child in pre school programs…My son Ken and Todd have been friends since they were young..Todd will be greatly missed by his Special Olympic friends and family. Rest in peace Todd.
