Rebecca Lynn Plymale Horne, 62, of 1328 Forester Road, Clifton Forge, died, Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Salem. She was born October 9, 1952 in Alleghany County, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Elizabeth Richmond. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Gary Plymale and also her husband, Dewayne Curtis Horne. Rebecca was employed a stocking clerk with Goodwill Industries. She was a member of the Persinger Memorial United Methodist Church. Surviving are her daughter Cassandra Plymale of Clifton Forge; grandson, Benjamin Fridley of Clifton Forge; two sisters, Patricia Woolwine of Roanoke and Deborah Pymale of Clifton Forge; three nieces, Amanda Woolwine ; Tabitha Plymale and Misty Spradlin, all of Roanoke and one nephew, Lantier Plymale of Covington. In keeping with her wishes , he body has been cremated. The memorial service will be held Saturday evening at the family residence Saturday in Clifton Forge.
