Lee Edward Lowe, 65, of Eagle Rock, died. Thursday, June 23, 2011. He was born April 17, 1945 in Greenville, VA, a son of the late Harry Cline and Juanita Lowe Mosgrove. Surviving are two daughters, Becky Hubbard and her husband Ronald, and Lisa Meadows, both of Peterstown, WV; 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Billy Cline and Bobby Cline, both of North Carolina, and his sister Atalea, of Covington.
