JEAN MILLER Lena Jean Bell Miller, 83, of Covington, Georgia, died there Wednesday, April 3, 2013. Mrs. Miller was born September 11, 1929, in Waiteville, WV, a daughter of the late Walter Bell and Cordie Smith Bell Bailey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband, Harry Franklin Miller, in 1978, her step-father, Rhodie Bailey, and also by three sisters and four brothers. Surviving are her Daughter and Son-in-law, Connie Fullerton and her husband, Jack, of Covington, GA; her granddaughter, Tara Pendleton and her husband, David, of Covington, GA; eight great grandchildren; her brother, Denny Bell of Clifton Forge; her step-brother, Dalma Bailey, of Covington, VA and several nieces and nephews.
