RILYA BROWN Rilya Rene' Brown, infant daughter of Kimberly Giles and James Brown,III, died Tuesday, March 1, 2011, in Carillion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandmother and step grandfather, Donna Giles and Brandon Huguley of Covington; her maternal step-grandparents, Elizabeth and Kevin Huguley of Covington; her paternal grandparents, James Brown, Jr. of Covington and Syrena Brown of Roanoke and several aunts, uncles and cousins. In accordance with her family's wishes, her body has been cremated. A memorial service may be held at a later date.
