Wanda Dale and I worked together at Leggett and also at Peebles. She was an outstanding associate. She took care of her customers and associates the same way she took care of her family. We always looked forward to our work socials, anticipating what goodies she would be bringing. I have thought about her many times over the last few years. I am so sorry to hear of her passing, and send my condolences to her family.

I was saddened to read of Wanda’s death, however I did not know she was ill. I grew up in Low Moor where her family lived and, as a small community we were all friends. She was always a very pretty girl, then lady, and I often saw her when she worked for Leggett and Peebles in Covington. Such a pleasant person. My sincere sympathy to Shirley and all of Wanda’s family.

Condolences to the family. I have many fond memories of Aunt Dale as she was great to be around and oh yes, I do remember her special Italian Cream Cake that she made for the Craft Reunions. She will be missed by all but so glad she is no longer suffering.

Wanda Dale was my co worker but then she became my very special friend. I’m out of town and will not be there for her service, my prayers for the family. She will be missed and loved by me and lots of other friends. Blessings to all.
