My deepest condolences on the loss of Greg. We worked together for many years and were friends as well. He was a person of strong character but also had a wicked sense of humor. I know his family will feel his loss deeply because as his friend, I feel that as well.

I am so sad to hear the news about Greg. We became friends when we worked at the juvenile probation office in Lexington. He had a warm smile and was always kind. He never ceased to marvel at the antics of the probationers. Even though we have not seen each other much in recent years, I will miss him greatly. I regret that this pandemic will prevent me from attending his service. Please know that I am thinking about the family and hope you take comfort in your many fond memories. Greg will always be with you in spirit.

My condolences to the family and especially Berkley and Joanne. Greg "Needle" Paxton was a friend and teammate growing up in Covington. The things we use to do back in the day? Especially that one trip to Petersburg....I won't say anything more..LOL Barry Rose and Greg have reunited to play in Heaven's Ballpark. Prayers for the family.

I worked with Greg for many years. He was a quiet person in general but if he had something that was important to say, you had better listen. He was kind, hard working and will be truly missed. He was a special person.

I was extremely shocked to hear of the passing of Greg. I had the pleasure of being Greg's supervisor for the last 13 years. He was my "dinosaur" and I was "boss". We recently had a conversation about retiring and enjoying the rest of his life with family and friends. He said "when you retire, I am retiring with you, because no one will be as patient with me as you have been". He was a great employee and an awesome friend!! I am going to miss you "dinosaur". Forever in my heart, "Boss"
