Claudette Clapsaddle Wince, 69, of 3702 Potts Creek Road died Wednesday, July 27, 2016. Mrs. Wince was born May 23, 1947, in Clifton Forge a daughter of the late Thomas R. and Bernice Snyder Clapsaddle. She was a licensed beautician and had worked in several area beauty shops. She had retired from the Covington Walmart store in 2001. She is survived by her Husband of 47 years, Daniel Wince, of Covington; her Sister, Trina Clapsaddle, of Covington; her Brother, Tommy Clapsaddle, of Covington; Nephews Robert Thomas ; Dwayne Clapsaddle and Patrick Clapsaddle, all of Covington and several great nieces and nephews. In keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated. The funeral service will be held Saturday evening, July 30, 2016, at 6:00 PM in the Chapel of Arritt Funeral Home with the Rev Howard Merrell officiating. The family will receive their friends following the service at Arritt Funeral Home. The family suggests that donations in Mrs. Wince's name be made to DaVita Covington Dialysis, 2504 Valley Ridge Road, Covington, VA 24426.
