Lettie Redman Tucker, 92, of 615-R Adams Lane, died Saturday, May 11, 2019, at her home. Mrs. Tucker was born August 26, 1926, in Alleghany County a daughter of the late Henry D. and Ida Bell Wolfe Redman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband, Joseph E. Tucker, in 1993, a Son, Gary W. Tucker, in 1956, a Son-in-law, Eddie Hall, and two sisters and three brothers. She had retired as a mold operator at the former H. O. Canfield, Co. Surviving are three Daughters, Barbara Hall and JoAnn Tucker and her Husband, Albert, all of Covington and Phyllis Weeks and her Husband, William, of Florida; nine grandchildren, Cheryl Baker and her husband, Elmer; Kevin Hall and his wife, Deanna; Cindy Ferris and her husband, Allan; "Chops" Hall; Lorri Wolfe; Robin May and her husband, Basil; Chris Hall and his wife, Amber; Gary Tucker and his wife, Kristie, all of Covington and Tony Tucker and his wife, Tammy, of Seattle, WA; a number of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; one Brother, Connie Redman, of Clifton Forge; one Sister, Shirley Mae Hubbard, of Roanoke and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held Monday, May 13, 2019, at 11:00 AM at the graveside in Lone Star Cemetery with Rev. Shorty Wolfe officiating assisted by Tammy Wolfe. Following the service, the family will gather at the home of Kevin and Deanna Hall at 508 Bird Farm Road. The family suggests that donations in Mrs. Tucker's name be made to the Loving Life Fellowship Church; 717 Commercial Ave.; Clifton Forge Va. 24422 or to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation; 26 Broadway, 14th Floor; New York, NY 10004. The boys begged for his attention. One bought a brand new Harley just to try and get Bob to ride with him and never did. He ran around with others. There was no Christian anything, wasn't allowed to talk about Jesus. The boys are in and out of prison, one is all over the internet and in prison for destroying property and beating on women. He partied his whole life putting himself first breaking his kids and hearts through it all. The parents partied and used the kids as bait between the other kids family,it's a mess that left everyone in the family a miserable mess. Everyone knows who he really is, and his wife. She would enable her sons to beat on women and help them do it while the women begged her for help she and Bob would just laugh at them and do nothing to.the boys. There was no relationship between the kids and Bob, the kids tried so hard they went mental, emotional, anger/rage problems. This is a very rough bunch yet still prayers for their loss and that they truly find Christ sincerely.

Stanley,Donna, Meghan, Tyler and all the family I am so very sorry for your loss. Elsie was a dear freeing and a mentor for so many women who worked with her over the year. She was one of strongest woman of faith I have ever known. I will miss her deeply
