Robin Wayne "Robbie" Weese, 59 of 406 Winding Way, died Friday March 3, 2017 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Mr. Weese was born October 19, 1957 in Bath County that son of Dorothy McElwee Weese of Covington and the late Elmer L. Weese Sr. Robbie worked at Meadwestvaco in the maintenance department until he retired. He was a Presbyterian by faith and coached many sports in the Highlands for a number of years. In addition to his mother he is survived by a son Brandon Weese, and a brother Elmer Weese Jr. and his wife Debby all of Covington. The funeral service will be held Tuesday March 7, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Arritt Funeral Home with the Rev. Dean Bowser officiating. The family will receive their friends one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. The family has suggested that in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
