MARGARET MOSER Margaret Ellen Plott Persinger Moser, 79, of Havre-De Grace, Maryland, died, Tuesday August 19, 2008. She was born December 24, 1928 in Alleghany County, a daughter of the late William W. Plott and Roberta Plott Earehart . In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cletus Moser and also a sister, Emma Joyce Plott Baker. Surviving are her two daughters, Ann Quoos and her husband, Robert of Conowingo, Maryland and Kathleen Festerman and her husband, Kenneth of Edgemere, MD; two sons, Charles L. Persinger of Perryville, MD and Edward W. Persinger of Dundalh, MD ; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one brother Billy Plott of Indianapolis, IN and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, August 23, 2008 in the Arritt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev Doug Hollenbeck officiating. The interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Moser's body will arrive in Covington late Friday evening. The family will receive their friends 12:00 noon until service time at Arritt Funeral Home.
