So sorry to hear about Roy. My condolences to Linda, Lisa and Tony and family. We were so blessed to be neighbors to the Carters for many years. Best neighbors ever, always being so kind, helpful and always showing Christian love to us. We know where Roy is without any doubt. With His/our Savior Jesus Christ.

My deepest condolences! I’ll be thinking of Natalie and family and I hope Afton is at peace and on to the next adventure. I still think about the time I accidentally knocked your basement window out with a golf ball from time to time and all the good childhood memories we had together.

Rest easy my friend and I’ll see you the next go around.

I want to express the kindness and Godliness Roy Carter showed me when we worked together at AET, when I would see him and Linda
at Food Lion and other times I would run into him around town. He always encouraged my faith, making sure I had the Lord Jesus in my life. I will always remember our spiritual conversations. Thank you Roy Carter I know you are in the presence of God.
