Zetta Jane Tucker Martin, 71, of 5119 Midland Trail, died, Tuesday December 26, 2017 at her residence. She was born March 25, 1946 in Alleghany County, a daughter of the late Harry and Virginia Wright Tucker Bowen. Zetta was a former employee of Westvaco and she was a member of Faith Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband Ronald Martin of Covington; her daughter and son in law, Rhonda and Mike Paxton of Covington ; her two sons, Jerry Lee Meadows, Jr. and Leroy L. Meadows, Sr., both of Covington; step children, Rodney and Staci Martin; Amy and Michael McAllister and Joy and Scott Slayton all of Covington; Jonathan and Kristi Martin of Eagle Rock; Holly and Joe Gordon of Buchanan; Connie and Lester Williams of White Sulphur Springs; Russel and Christina Hefner and Matthew and Hope Hefner all of Atlanta, GA; a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren; one sister Mary Ann and Luther Bowen of Covington; three brothers, James Tucker; Harry and Debbie Tucker and Ellis Tucker all of Covington and a number of nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held Saturday December 30, 2017 at 1:00 PM in the Faith Baptist Church with the Rev. Jeff Riley officiating, assisted by the Rev. Frank Sizemore. The Entombment will follow in Alleghany Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will receive their friends Friday December 29, 2017 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Arritt Funeral Home.
