Ronda Lynn Lawhorn Clayton, 46, of 21 White Oak Lane, Hot Springs, died, February 5, 2020 at Bath County Community Hospital. Mrs. Clayton was born July 12, 1973 in Alleghany County the daughter of Jesse W. Lawhorn and the late Wanda Campbell Lawhorn. She was a branch library manager of the Bath County Public Library and was a member of Hot Springs Presbyterian Church. In her free time, she was a member of the book club and liked to go to Garth Newel and the Masonic Theater to listen to music. Surviving in addition to her father was her husband of 22 years Alexander Clayton, her daughter Roselin Clayton both of Hot Springs, two brothers Jonathan and Todd Lawhorn of Covington, and a number of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. In keeping with her wishes her body has been cremated. A memorial service will be held Saturday February 8, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Arritt Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Conrad officiating assisted by the Rev. Bill Gilliland. The family will receive their friends following the service on Saturday. Arrangements are being handled by Arritt Funeral Home.
