Phyllis Stull Cook, 73, of 3404 Jamison Mountain Road, died November 9, 2020, at Lewis Gale Alleghany Regional Hospital in Low Moor. Mrs. Cook was born January 2, 1947, in Washington, DC, a Daughter of the late Paul Stull and Rosa Howard "Peggy" Stull. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband, Charles Cook in 2007. Surviving are her Son, Charles "Chip" Cook, of Covington; her friend, Cary Shultzabeger and her Brother, Harold Stull, of Kensington, MD. In keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated. A Memorial Service will be held at later date. Arritt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
