MARILYN HANSEN Marilyn Woods Hanson, 85, of the Highland House in Clifton Forge, died there , this morning , Friday, July 29, 2011. She was born September 4, 1925 in Indianapolis, Indiana, a daughter of the late Edward and Lucille Green Woods. Mrs. Hanson was a former owner/operator of a real estate company in Old Town Alexander, VA She was of the Lutheran faith. Surviving are her daughter and son in law, , Victoria and Pete Becker of Springfield; two sons and a daughter in law. Paul Hanson of Leesburg and Fred and Jane Hanson of Denver, CO ; several grandchildren, including Katie and Todd Stutler of Low Moor and several great grandchildren and all the loving care givers at the Highland House. In keeping with Mrs. Hansen's wishes, her body has been cremated.
