NILS WRIGHT Nils E. "Rebel" Wright, 67, of Waterloo, IA, died, Thursday May 9, 2013 at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids, IA. He was born November 23, 1946 in Covington, a son of the late Richter and Mary Beckner Wright. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother,Daniel "Boone" Wright. Mr. Wright retired from the John Deer Tractor Works after 30 years of service. Surviving are his wife, Nichellee Wright of Waterloo, IA; two sons, Nilandris Wright of Waterloo, IA, and Benjamin Wright of Des Moines, IA; two daughters, Melissa Reynolds and her husband Timothy of Covington and Laura Blackledge and her husband Robert of McKinney, TX; one step-daughter, Daniqua Jordan-Wright of Waterloo, IA; five grandchildren; two brothers, Joe Wright and his wife Janet of Evansdale, IA, and Ernie Wright and his wife Sharon of Low Moor; one sister Fran Looney and her husband Larry of Newport, and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service was conducted in Waterloo on Monday, May 13.
