Phoebe Norris Fitzpatrick, 102, of Covington, died Monday April 13, 2015 at the Brian Center in Low Moor. The funeral service will be held Saturday, April 25, 2015 at the Concerned Christian Baptist Church with the Rev. William O. Hickman III officiating. The family will receive their friends one hour prior to service time on Saturday April 25, 2015 at the church.
