MARTHA GIVENS Martha Lindsay Givens , 72, of 6200 Uplands Road, died, Friday, April 27, 2012 at Lewis Gale Alleghany Hospital in Low Moor. Mrs. Givens was born June 30, 1939 in Hot Springs, a daughter of the late Ranson Faircloth "Pete" and Daisy Lowe Lindsay. Martha retired in 1995 after 19 years with MeadWestvao. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Johnny W. Lindsay. Surviving are her husband, Robert Givens of Covington; two daughters, Martha Ann Bower and her husband Gary and Sue Campbell and her husband Derwin, all of Covington; one son, Jimmy Campbell and his wife Barbara of Covington; seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and several cousins including Arthur and Nancy Williams of Smithfield; Shirley and Ben Setelo; Sissy and Floyd Campbell and special friends, Kathy Kincaid and Bertie and Leonard Persinger. Active pallbearers will be Waylon Campbell, Justin Campbell, Gary Bowers, Joe Weikle, Dubbie Humphries and Jason Dudley. The interment will be made in Lone Star Cemetery.
