TAMMY COOK Tammy Calloway Cook, 41, of 4104 Callaghan Circle, died Sunday June 24, 2012 at Lewis-Gale Alleghany Regional Hospital. Mrs. Cook was born January 25, 1971 in North Carolina. In keeping with Mrs. Cook's wishes she has been cremated and a Memorial Service will be conducted at a later date.
