MARK GIBSON Mark Allen Gibson, 54, of Roanoke, and formerly of Covington, died, Friday, May 18, 2012 in Roanoke Memorial Hospital . He was born May 5, 1958 in Alleghany County, a son of the late Marvin Edward and Rosemary Gilliland "Polly" Gibson. Mark was employed by Fidura and Associates in Roanoke as a Special Needs caregiver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Gaynelle Weese. Surviving are three brothers, Edward W. "Buddy "Gibson and his wife Carlene and Vance E. Gibson and his wife Kathy, all of Covington and Hugh " Buzzy" Gibson and his wife Shelly of Hampton; three sisters, Missy Grim and her husband Joe of Roanoke with whom he resided; Cleva "Sissy " Sizemore and her husband Gerald of Covington and Ruby Tawney, NC; and a number of nieces and nephews including Elysia and Jheryd Belin of Roanoke.
