ALICE SMITH Alice Cosby Smith, 80, of 332 E. Pine Street, died, Saturday, August 11, 2012 at the Golden Living Center in Clifton Forge. She was born April 10, 1932 in Covington, a daughter of the late Evelyn Cosby. Mrs. Smith was an active member of Pine Street Baptist Church. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilmont Smith, Sr. and also by a brother. Surviving are her son, Wilmont Smith, Jr. of Baltimore, MD; seven grandchildren, Wilmont Smith III, Keoshaw Smith, Damali G. Smith , all of Patuxent River, MD, James R. Smith of Durham, NC; Kevin D. Laws of Roanoke; Symiah Smith and Arielle Smith , both of Baltimore, MD ; four great grandchildren; an uncle Lorenza Cosby of Covington and nieces, nephews and cousins. The interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery
