Vivian Humphries Kimberlin, 79, of 3019 Mallow Road died Saturday, December 23, 2017, at her home. Mrs. Kimberlin was born August 4, 1938, in Alleghany County a daughter of the late George and Rosie Crowder Humphries. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one Brother, George Humphries, and three Sisters, Lula Mae Paxton, Violet Loan and Maryann Sizer. Surviving are her Husband of 60 years, Jesse T. "Tommy" Kimberlin, Sr., of Covington; two Sons, Jesse T. Kimberlin, Jr. and his Wife, Kelley, of Richmond and Chuckie Kimberlin and his Wife, Sarah, of Covington; three Daughters, Sheila Selleck and her Husband, Rex, Sandy Bates and her Husband, Andy, and Sonya Kimberlin and Jeff Romanello, all of Covington; ten grandchildren, April and Tom Dickey, Jamie and Melissa Kimberlin, Melinda Selleck, Marissa Selleck, Jessie Selleck, Chuckie and Ashley Kimberlin, Ashley and Corey Carr, Candon and Tad Humphries, Ryan Romanello and Josh Kimberlin and Miranda Smithers; seven great-grandchildren and one on the way; four loving care givers, Angel Crouse, Adrienne Cooper, Olivia Shamblin and Christy Taylor and several nieces and nephews. In accordance with her wishes, her body has been cremated. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at 12:00 PM in the Good News Christian Fellowship Church with Rev. Barry Daniel officiating assisted by Ralph Hubbard. The family will receive their friends at the church from 11:00 AM until service time. A Fellowship Dinner will follow the service at the church. The family suggests that donations in Vivian's name be made to the New Hope Baptist Church or the Good News Christian Fellowship.
