JOYCE CAMPBELL Joyce Kemper Campbell, 71, of 1607 Hot Springs Road, died Thursday evening in Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was born March 11, 1939 in Alleghany County, a daughter of the late Harry G. and Effie Tucker Kemper. Mrs. Campbell was a homemaker and was a member of Highland Chapel Christian Church. In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Campbell and a brother, John R. Kemper. Surviving are two sons, Gerald Campbell of Covington and John and Opal Campbell of Little Rock , AR; four grandchildren, Kala Campbell and Justin Campbell, both of Covington; Amanda Campbell of NC and Scott Campbell of Little Rock , AR; three sisters, Barbara Nicely and Rachel Cochran, both of Covington; and Betty Angle of Moneta; three brothers, Harry L. "Woody" Kemper of Fincastle; Larry Kemper of TX and Vernon Kemper of TN and a number of nieces and nephews.
