Miriam Goodwin Anshutz, 93, died Sunday, January 28, 2018, at the Brian Center Nursing Care in Low Moor. Mrs. Anshuntz was a former resident of Blue Spring Run Road for many years. She was born May 16, 1924, in Alleghany County a Daughter of the late Orley Emmett Goodwin and Selena May Long Goodwin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband, Thomas Eugene Anshutz, in 2011 and by her Son, Timothy Anshutz. She is survived by her caregivers, Kenneth and Sue McClung of Covington. In accordance with her wishes, her body has been donated to medical science. Arritt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
