Phyllis Marie "Doodles" Selleck, 53, of 307 Montgomery Knob died Friday, April 3, 2020, in Lewis-Gale Medical Center at Salem. Mrs. Selleck was born January 15, 1967, in Alleghany County a daughter of the late Jessie Selleck and Mary Hensley Selleck. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Deal and Velma Graham. She was employed by Extreme Concrete Co. in Radford. She loved being outdoors and riding horses. Surviving are her Husband, Philllip Selleck, of Covington; her Son and Daughter-in-law, John and Bethany Selleck, of Covington; two grandsons, Garritt Havens and Andrew Havens, both of Covington; three Brothers, Charlie Selleck and his Wife, Helen, Rex Selleck and his Wife, Shelia, and Randy Selleck and his Wife, Rose, all ;of Covington; four Sisters, Dana Selleck and Barbara Richards, both of Covington, Nina Bostic of White Sulphur Springs, WV and Nellie Trivitt of Waynesboro; her Mother-in-law, Lorraine Selleck, of Covington and several nieces and nephews. In keeping with the guidelines of the current Carona pandemic crisis, a private graveside funeral service will be held Monday, April 6, 2020, in Palestine Chapel Cemetery.
