Michael Wayne Treynor, 74, of 3609 Midland Trail, died, Wednesday, December 07, 2016 at his residence. He was born August 20, 1942 in Alleghany County, a son of the late Emmett and Violet Arrington Treynor. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Wife, Jeanette Treynor, in 2015. Mr. Treynor served his country with the National Guard. He retired from Hercules/AET. Inc. as machine operator after 30 plus years of service. Surviving are his daughter Mary Fridley and her husband Rene of Covington; two sons, Billy Higgins and his wife Linda of Covington and Ray Higgins and his wife Shelby of Staunton; seven grandchildren, Brandon and Christina Fridley; Travis and Andrea Fridley; Lucius and Valeria Fridley; Will Higgins, Jr., Chase Higgins, Treynor Higgins and Raykelle Higgins, four great grandsons, Garrett Fridley, Connor Fridley, Lane Fridley, Levi Fridley; two great granddaughters, Paylen Fridley and Madelyn Fridley; one brother, Larry Treynor and his wife Ducky of Covington; one sister, Carol Gibson of Covington and a number of nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held Saturday December 10, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Arritt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Gilliland officiating. Interment will follow in Fletcher Chapel Cemetery.
