BILL MOSS William Lewis "Bill" Moss of 826 Long Ave., died, Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at his residence. He was born March 29, 1939 in Chesterfield, a son of the late Ralph and Rachel Jackson Via. Bill served his county with the United States Navy He was a former driver with Professional Transportation , Inc. in Covington. He was a member of Calvary Christian Church. His two favorite passtimes were bowling and fishing. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by a brother, Alvin Moss and by two sisters, Evelyn Critzer and Marie Blick. Surviving are his wife, Nancy Sellers Via Moss of Covington two daughters, Phyllis King and Teresa Nolan, both of Richmond; two grandchildren, Paige King and Nicholas King, both of Richmond; Nancy's children, J.R. Via and his wife Sheila of Salem; Donnie Via and his wife, Sylvia and Gary and Tina Via, all of Covington; three step-daughters, Marsha Tucker and her husband Frankie; Sharon Andrews and her husband Butch and Debbie Via, all of Covington; one brother, Ralph Moss, Jr. of Richmond and several nieces and nephews.
