ROBERT DUVALL Robert Lewis Duvall , 69, of Paint Bank, died, Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Salem. Mr. Duvall was born January 25, 1943 at Burtonville, MD ,a son of the late James and Bertha Poole Duvall. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. He was a retired truck driver for various trucking companies in the area. Surviving are two sons, Robert L. Duvall, Jr. of Tennessee and Robbie Hosey of Covington; five grandchildren; his grandmother, Maude Brookman of Covington; seven brothers, James Duvall and his wife, Mary of Covington; William Brookman of Paint Bank; Ronnie Brookman of Laurel,MD; Charles Brookman of Baltimore , MD; Robert Brookman of Odenton, MD; Kenneth Brookman of Paint Bank and Glen Brookman of Danville; five sisters, Betty Downings of Front Royal; Margaret Dice of Hanover, PA; Charlene Purkey of Covington; Mary Brookman of Rocky Mount and Chris Brookman of Danville and a number of nieces and nephews. The interment will follow in Lone Star Cemetery.
