Johnny Lee Meadows, 37, of Roanoke, formerly of Covington, died April 30, 2021. Mr. Meadows was born May 26, 1984, in Alleghany County the son of Rhonda Meadows Paxton of Covington. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Alfred Paxton and his maternal grandparents Jerry L. Meadows Sr. and Zetta Martin. Surviving in addition to his Mother, are his step father, Mike Paxton, his son Levi Meadows of Clifton Forge, a brother, Logan Paxton Sr. of Covington, grandmother Diane Paxton of Covington, one niece Hannah Paxton, one nephew Michael Paxton Jr., his aunt, Rebecca Paxton of Roanoke, two uncles, Jerry L. Meadows Jr. and Leroy Meadows Sr. A graveside service will be held Monday, May 10, 2021, at 11:00 AM in Johnson Creek ARP Church Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Burns. The interment will follow the service. The funeral arrangements are being handled by Arritt Funeral Home.
