HILDA FRAME Hilda Jane Frame, 86, of Covington, died, Saturday, September 10, 2011 at the Bath County Community Hospital. Ms. Frame was born September 17, 1924 in Alderson, West Virgina a daughter of the late Felix James and Rosanna Knapp Frame. She was a hairdresser for 57 years and owner/operator of Hila's Beauty Shop. She was a member of Calvary Christian Church. The funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday in the Arritt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Warren officiating. The intermetn will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
