Gary Russell Warden, 61, of Low Moor, died, Tuesday June 27, 2017 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Mr. Warden was born April 27, 1956 in Roanoke Va., the son of the late Lloyd and Ruby Wright Warden. He was preceded in death by his wife Sharon Gunter Warden, one sister Pansy Caldwell, and one brother Frank Warden. Surviving are his daughter Carrie Warden of Low Moor, two grandchildren Shyann Sammons and Shelby Sammons of Low Moor, one brother Homer Warden of Troutville, five sister Juanita Boggs of WV, Carolyn Patton of Roanoke, Linda Waldron of Vinton, Diane Caldwell of Al, and Darlene Caldwell of Low Moor. In keeping with Mr. Warden's wishes his body has been cremated. A service will be held at a later date.
