HUBERT PERSINGER Hubert Lee Persinger, 82, formerly of Covington, died Tuesday March 5, 2013 at the Golden Living Center in Clifton Forge. He was born March 25, 1931 at Eagle Rock, a son of the late Nancy Persinger Boxley. Mr. Persinger was employed in the Construction Industry in the area for a number of years. He was member of First Baptist Church and was an animal lover. Surviving are his sister, Bernice Hunter of Covington; numerous cousins including , first cousin and care giver Sheila Halsey of Seat Pleasant, MD who was raised in the home with Mr. Persinger. The interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
