Jessie Heppinstall Tolley, 71, of 103 Sammy's Road died Monday, April 29, 2019, at her home. Mrs. Tolley was born June 19, 1947, in Kinsley, England, the daughter of the late Tommy and Jessie Johnson Heppinstall. She was preceded in death by her Husband, William John Tolley, in 2003, one son Colin Tolley and also by two sisters and three brothers. She had retired from the accounting department at Walmart. Surviving are five children, Debra Watkins and her Husband, Jeff, of Chesterfield, Bill Tolley of Covington, Diane Eames and her Husband, Wes, of Bassett, Steve Tolley and his Wife, Heather, of Buena Vista, and Patrick Andrews and wife Michelle of AL; eight grandchildren, Kaitlyn Tolley, Garron Tolley, Adrianna Tolley, Jake Eames, Caroline Eames, Victoria Watkins, Heidi Eames and Bryton Tolley; one Brother, Trevor Heppinstall, of England and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Arritt Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Gilliland officiating. Interment will be made in Alleghany Memorial Park. The family will receive their friends for one hour before the service at Arritt Funeral Home. The family suggests that memorial donations in Mrs. Tolley's name be made to Mountain Regional Hospice; P.O.
