PATRICIA PLOGGER Patricia Haynes Plogger, 60 , of 100 Nicholas Drive, Clifton Forge, died, Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at her residence. She was born March 9, 1951 in Alleghany County, a daughter of the late Jack Haynes, Sr. and Oma Gale Hull Haynes. Ms. Plogger employed as a waitress at the former Oliver's Restaurant in Covington. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Christina Plogger Wheeler in 1990. Surviving are two sons and a daughter- in - law, Rosco and Heather Cole of Bedford; and Daniel Cole of Covington; one grandson, Phillip Wheeler of Clifton Forge; one granddaughter Allyssa Cole of Bedford; one brother, Jack Haynes, Jr. of Covington ; two sisters, Julie and Billy Phillips and Jackie Collins of Morristown, TN and step mother, Linda Haynes of Covington. In keeping with Ms. Plogger's wishes her body has been cremated and a private funeral service will be held at a later date.
