Mary Catherine Craft Humphries Reynolds, 91, of 5315 Hayes Gap Road, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, April 13, 2015 at the home of her daughter. Mrs. Reynolds was born March 3, 1924 in Craig County, a daughter of the late James Phillip and Ada Florence Humphries Craft. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first Husband, Teddy Humphries, Sr. in 1977 ; her second Husband, William McKinley Reynolds in 1992; a step daughter, Janet Ervin ;two step sons, William "Bud" Reynolds and Albert Ray Reynolds and five brothers, Oscar Craft, Albert Craft, Percy Craft, Arless Craft and James Craft and one Sister, Frances "Polly" Bradshaw. She was a longtime member of the Mountain Valley United Methodist Church. Surviving are her Daughter, Brenda Napier and her Husband, James, of Covington; her Son, Teddy "T.J." Humphries, Jr. and his Wife, Cindy, of Covington ; one step-son, David Reynolds of Covington; one step daughter Christine Riddlebarger of Brookneal, VA; 10 grandchildren, Gary Napier of Roanoke; Ronnie Napier of Covington; Jamie Napier of Roanoke; Terri O'Quinn of Roanoke; David Napier of Covington; Jennifer "Nikki" Burton of Buena Vista; Melissa Nicely of Eagle Rock; Kristin Nicely of Clifton Forge; Teddy "Tad" Humphries, III and Jack Wheeler, both of Covington; seventeen great grandchildren, Chelsea Napier, Britanny(Nicholas)Dressler, Nicholas Napier, Laura(Kevin)Young, Caitlin Napier, Kristen Burton, Vincent Burton, Kennedi Burton, Garrett Burton, Aiden O'Quinn, Caleb O'Quinn, Brady O'Quinn, Carter Nicely, Brody Nicely, Bailey Nicely, Emerson Nicely and Kyleigh Napier; five great great grandchildren, Jaiden Napier, Jasmine Napier, Rylee Dressler, Emma Dressler and Layken Young; one sister, Rebecca Bradshaw, of Covington; one sister-in-law, Wanda Dale Craft of Covington and a host of nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 1:00 PM in the Mountain Valley United Methodist Church with the Rev. Lee Dotson officiating assisted by Christina Bowen. The interment will be made in the Humphries Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Gary Napier, Ronnie Napier, Jamie Napier, David Napier, Teddy "Tad" Humphries, III, Nick Napier, Anthony Nicely, Ray Burton, Brandon Nicely, Patrick O'Quinn and Jack Wheeler. The family will receive their friends Wednesday evening, April 15, 2015, from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM at the Arritt Funeral Home.
