KOLBY RATHBUN Kolby Allen Rathbun, infant son of William David and Anne Marie Via Rathbun of 209 Summit Drive, died, Tuesday , September 17, 2013 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was born August 22, 2013 in Roanoke. In addition to his parents, Kolby is survived a his big brother, William David "Will" Rathbun III of the home; Maternal Grandparents, Penny and John Murphy and Gary and Tina Via , all of Covington; Paternal grandmother, Mary Brown of Covington; Maternal Great Grandparents, James and Linda Baldwin of Covington; Maternal Great Grandmother, Nancy Moss of Covington; Paternal Great Grandparents , Butch and Faye Malcom, all of Covington; his aunt, Laura Via of Covington and his uncle, Jonathon Brown of Covington.
