Marion Neber Miller, 64, of 6807 Potts Creek Road, died Friday, November 11, 2016, at Lewis Gale Alleghany Hospital in Low Moor. She was born March 21, 1952, in Nuremberg, Germany, a daughter of the late Karl and Helmine Metsger Neber. Marion was the retired owner and operator of the former Miller'sBar and Grill in Low Moor and the former Marion's Caf in Covington. She was a member of Lone Star Baptist Church. Surviving are her Husband, Johnny M. Miller, of Covington; two Sons, Johnny D. Miller and his Wife, Samantha, of Charleston, SC, and Tim Miller of Covington; four foster children, Shawn Raby; Travis Raby; Christian Raby and Dontae Campbell, all of Covington; two grandsons, Cohen Miller and Hudson Miller, both of Charleston, SC; two sisters, Traudl Schuerlein and Gisela Neva both of Nuremberg, Germany, and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 15, 2016, at 2:00 PM in the Arritt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Donald Earwood officiating. Interment will follow in Lone Star Cemetery. The family will receive their friends one hour prior to service time at the Arritt Funeral Home on Tuesday.
