Karen Elaine Hall, 52, of Dolly Ann Apartments died Thursday, August 10, 2017, at her residence. She was born June 1, 1965, in Alleghany County a daughter of Roy E. "Pepper" Hall, Jr. of Covington and the late Janice Faye Damewood Hall. She was a member of the Good News Church and enjoyed crafting, painting, crocheting and trying new recipes in her kitchen. She had worked at the former Sports Center and The Shoe Box store in Covington. Surviving, in addition to her Father, are her Daughter , Meghan Hall, of Covington; her Son, Aaron Osborne and his Wife, Ashley, of Covington; three grandchildren, Deliah Osborne, Hunter Osborne and Sophia Viruet, all of Covington; two Sisters and Brothers-in-law, Debra and Todd Botkin and Tammy and Daniel Harmon, all of Covington, and several nieces and nephews. In keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated. A Memorial Service will be held Friday August 25, 2017 at 6:00 PM in the Good News Church. The family will receive their friends at the residence of Roy Hall Jr. at 413 Center Court, Covington, VA 24426. Arritt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made in honor of Karen to the Good News Fellowship Church at 214 S. Lexington Ave. Covington, VA 24426.
