GENE MILLER Irvin Eugene "Gene" Miller, 79, of 5608 Johnson Creek Road, died, Wednesday evening November 23, 2011 at his daughter Jean King and Phillip White's residence, where he had lived with for a number of years. He was born June 29, 1932 in Medford New Jersey, a son of the late Harry and Ellise Miller. Mr. Miller retired as a self employed truck driver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nellie Ely Miller in 1998 ; two sons, John Foster and Chuck Foster; one daughter Peggy Miller and a number of brothers and sisters. Surviving are three daughters, Jean King and Phillip White of Covington; Ruth Leonard and Ellis Bates of Covington and Vicky Beemer and her husband Frank of Springfield, OH; two sons, Mitch Miller and his wife Colleen of Indian Mills, NJ; and Glen Miller and his wife Marie of New Hampshire; a daughter in law,Claudia Foster of Southamton, NJ ; a number grandchildren and great grandchildren and a special fiend Dixie Miller of Union , WV and a several nieces and nephews. The interment will follow in the Gap Mills United Methodist Church Cemetery.
