NIKKI MALONE Ramona Simmons "Nikki" Malone, 63, of 702 Miller Street, died this morning, Tuesday, October 19, 2010, at her residence. She was born August 26, 1947 in Savannah, GA. Nikki was a former clerk at the Alleghany County Commissioner of Revenue Office. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Elizabeth Hall, and by a daughter, Emilee Malone in 2003. Surviving are her husband, Gilbert "Pat" Malone of Covington; three sons, John Malone of Asheville, NC; Randy Malone and his wife, Megan, of Norfolk and Michael Malone of Mars Hill, NC; four grandchildren, Colton Malone, Kaylee Malone, Savannah Malone and Kainoah Malone; one sister Carolyn "Bubbles" Hyler of Orange Park, FL; two half brothers, Buddy Drew and his wife, Carol, of Pooler, Ga, and John Bartell of Clifton Forge. Arritt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
