Sylvia Joyce Schaffer Nielsen, 72, of North Chesterfield, died Friday, April 15, 2016, at her home. Mrs. Nielsen was born October 18, 1943, in Alleghany County a daughter of the late Pauline Hubbard. She had retired from Phillip Morris in Richmond. Surviving are two Sons, John Nielsen and Timothy Nielsen, both of North Chesterfield and three grandchildren. The funeral service will be held Saturday, April 23, 2016, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Arritt Funeral Home in Covington. Interment will be made in Lone Star Cemetery at Covington.
