Don Edward Wright, age 77, of Covington passed away Monday June 20, 2016 in The Veteran's Medical Center Salem. He was born May 22, 1939 in Garrett KY, He was the son of late Ralph and Juanita Denny Wright. Also preceded in death a daughter Joyce W. McClung, and a brother James Wright. Mr. Wright served during Vietnam and was in the United States Army for 17 years. Surviving are his wife Golden Craft Wright, a son James "Jay" Wright of Covington, two daughters Patricia "Sue" Baker and husband Luke of Fairlawn, VA and Teresa Lockard and husband Pat of LA Vergne TN. 5 Grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and also one brother Robert Wright of Garrett Ky. The funeral service will be Saturday June 25, 2016, at 11:00 AM in the Arritt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Michael Fisher officiating. Interment will be made Alleghany Memorial Park. The family will receive their friends Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Arritt Funeral Home.
