JULIAN SNYDER Julian Edward "Snyde" Snyder, 58, of 314 Stone Road died Saturday, June 26, 2010, at his home. Mr. Snyder was born July 5, 1951, in Alleghany County a son of Earnest M. "Jake" Snyder, Sr. of Covington and the late Mary Jones Snyder. He had retired as a mechanic for Snyder's Garage. He attended Forest Memorial Chapel Community Church. He loved playing guitar and was an avid Harley-Davidson enthusiast. In addition to his Mother, he was preceded in death by his Wife, Debra Jean Kessinger Snyder, his Daughter, Elisha Dawn Snyder, one Brother, Benjamin Snyder and a special nephew, Little Ben Wickline. Surviving in addition to his Father, are his Son, Shane Snyder and his wife, Linda, of Covington; two grandsons, Tanner Snyder of Covington and Kameron Huffman of Gap Mills, WV; one brother, Earnest Snyder, Jr. of Roanoke; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Marilyn and David Wickline of Covington and Paige and David Roach of Scottsville, several nieces and nephews and his faithful dog, Roxy.
