SHIRLEY BISE Shirley Napier Bise, 70, of 4110 Callaghan Circle, died, Sunday, October 25, 2009 at her home. Mrs. Bise was born June 24, 1939, in Lewisburg, WV, a daughter of the late Bernard T. and Edna Counts Napier. She attended Dunlap High School while growing up in the Callaghan area. Shirley lived in Colonial Heights for many years and worked for the Dupont Corp and American Filtrona in Richmond. In 1977 she moved to Gillette, WY, where she worked for Wackenhut Security for several years. She returned to Virginia in 1986 to care for her elderly parents until their deaths. Shirley was a natural caregiver and always put her family first. She will be greatly missed by all who have known her throughout her life. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her five children, Debra Lewis and her husband Don, of Bullock, NC; Sherry Bunch of Bracey, VA; Gary Bunch of Covington; Robert E. Croyle, Jr. and his wife, Patty, of Coburn and Lisa Czapla and her husband, Doug, of Gillette, WY; five granddaughters and four great granddaughters; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Bernard and Alice Napier of Lewisburg, WV, Ray and Sherry Napier of Goodview and James and Brenda Napier of Covington; four sisters, Patricia Hooker and her husband, Jerry, and Nancy Gray all of Covington, Lois Hazen of Waynesboro and Linda Kwarziany and her husband, Alexander, of Wilmington, NC, and a number of nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Arritt Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Gilliland officiating. Interment will be made in Alleghany Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be cousins, Marshall Ray Gabbert, Larry Wayne Gabbert and Ernie Gabbert; son - in-laws, Don Lewis and Doug Czapla and nephews, Dale Napier, Kenny Napier and Robert Croyle, Sr. Friends may pay their respects at anytime at Arritt Funeral Home. The family will receive their friends this evening from 7:00 until 8:30 PM at Arritt Funeral Home. Memorial Information The family suggests that donations in Mrs. Bise's name be made to the Mountain Regional Hospice; P.O.Box 637; Clifton Forge, VA 24422.

The boys begged for his attention. One bought a brand new Harley just to try and get Bob to ride with him and never did. He ran around with others. There was no Christian anything, wasn't allowed to talk about Jesus. The boys are in and out of prison, one is all over the internet and in prison for destroying property and beating on women. He partied his whole life putting himself first breaking his kids and hearts through it all. The parents partied and used the kids as bait between the other kids family,it's a mess that left everyone in the family a miserable mess. Everyone knows who he really is, and his wife. She would enable her sons to beat on women and help them do it while the women begged her for help she and Bob would just laugh at them and do nothing to.the boys. There was no relationship between the kids and Bob, the kids tried so hard they went mental, emotional, anger/rage problems. This is a very rough bunch yet still prayers for their loss and that they truly find Christ sincerely.

Stanley,Donna, Meghan, Tyler and all the family I am so very sorry for your loss. Elsie was a dear freeing and a mentor for so many women who worked with her over the year. She was one of strongest woman of faith I have ever known. I will miss her deeply
