Doris Wilcher Fridley Reynolds age 63, of Covington, died, Friday September 7, 2018 in Lewis-Gale Alleghany Regional Hospital. Mrs. Reynolds was born May 30, 1955 in Alleghany County. She was the daughter of the late Roy Allen Wilcher and Beulah Caldwell Wilcher. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her second husband Dallas Reynolds, two granddaughters Taylor Fridley and Aline Fridley Doris was a Beautician for many years and was member First Pentecostal Holiness Church in Covington. Surviving are four sons Anthony Fridley and his wife Kristen, Eric Fridley and his wife Janice Fridley all of Johnson City, TN, Jeremy Fridley and his wife Connie, and Travis Fridley and Casey Hinkley both of Covington, six step children, also surviving five grandchildren two them whom she raised Megan Fridley and T.J. Fridley also four great grandchildren, one brother David Caldwell of Roanoke, three sisters Linda Sartain and husband Bill of Covington, Wanda Merritt of Gainesboro TN, and Janice "Patty" Jefferies of Clifton Forge, number of nieces and nephews, and her caregiver Connie Contreras A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday September 11, 2018 at 3:00 PM in Lone Star Cemetery with the Rev. Pam Irvine officiating. The family will receive their friends from 1:30 until 2:30 at Arritt Funeral Home.
